Standards for Food and Beverage Services

• The Ghawr as-Safi team has in-depth knowledge about Covid-19 and appropriate safety measures to avoid transmission of the virus, after attending training courses on these topics.
• Staff wear and change gloves frequently and use hand sanitizers frequently.
• Hot food is served at a temperature over 57°C (135°F) and cold food below 5°C (41°F).
• The team follows strict procedures when washing and sanitizing tablecloths and cleaning dishes and silverware in the dishwasher.
• Paper towels are used to dry, and are then disposed of.
• The tables are arranged so that the distance between them is more than one meter.
• Dining tables are disinfected after every meal.
• Dining table for large groups are rearranged into small groups.
